blanket magazine: the celebration issue

The newest issue of blanket is out and this one is packed with all sorts of celebrating goodness. I have a nifty article up about holiday traditions and a newish take on salt dough ornaments. Super nifty! The holiday issue can be picked up for just $2 and it also comes with an awesome font made especially for blanket. if you subscribe you will also receive the fabulous 2011 calendar. A super happy holiday deal as the calendar on its own is six smackeroos (also a good deal)! The calendar is an awesome collection of original art by mark malarky, reena makwana, devon smith and nine other up and coming artists. blanket magazine: the landscape issue

the newest issue of blanket is out and this one is packed, packed, packed with all sorts of pretty to look at and do. the theme is landscape and mr. a-go-go & i created a nifty postcard diorama to feature all those road trip cards you collected. there is also a nifty DIY on a landscape mobile from Bliss in a Teacup so don't fergit to dash over for a visit and subscribe to this awesome online magazine. oh and did you know that with each issue you get a nifty font? you do, so what are ya waiting for? dash...dash!

zee jumping beans...they have been spilled!

did ya know that issue number 20 of blanket magazine is now available? and did ya know that i write for it? this issue marks the third anniversary of this snazzy pdf zine and inside you'll find all sorts of inspirational art bits and stories. my particular story is all about the magic of jumping and as an aside, i conducted a wee interview with fellow jumper extraordinaire, Nikki of WhiMSy love.

a couple of months ago, she and i put together a nifty tutorial on the magic of jumping. we've kept it under our hats for far too long, so jump (heehee) on over to WhiMsy love to behold the fun and of course, don't fergit a wee leap over to Blanket to download Issue 20 (just a couple a bucks for one issue, or subscribe for the year). there is some serious eye candy in there my friends, serious! (mr. a-go-go writes a comic for them as well...)
